Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
You have the right to withdraw from your order and return the piece of jewelry to us within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (www.evior.eu, owner: evior, Mühlenstraße 15, 87534 Oberstaufen, E-Mail: hello@evior.eu) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If your order includes a free gift product linked to a minimum order value, this free product must also be returned in the event of a return where the remaining value of the original order falls below the minimum order value. Otherwise, the value of the free product will be deducted from the refund.

 Consequences of withdrawal:

Upon receipt of your declaration of withdrawal and the return of the piece of jewelry, we will refund your payment immediately and no later than fourteen days. We reserve the right to refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods that is not necessary for checking their quality, characteristics and functionality.

End of the Right of Withdrawal Information
Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer or which can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded. The same applies to goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
