Our Returns Philosophy
We understand that not every order is a perfect match. If your jewelry does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it to us within the statutory withdrawal period. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to order a different size or a new piece of jewelry, please place a separate new order.
How your return works
1. Register your return
First, please complete the return form below. This will allow us to clearly assign your return to your order and process it more quickly.
2. Package the jewelry securely
Please only return unworn jewelry in its complete original packaging.

3. Send the return insured
Returns are at the buyer's expense. Please send your package sufficiently insured and with tracking so that your jewelry is protected during transit.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method. Processing may take up to 10 business days after receipt of the return.

Conscious Consumption
Together, we can consume more consciously and act more responsibly. At evior, we are committed to reducing CO₂ emissions and waste by encouraging mindful purchasing decisions, so please choose your jewelry carefully. That's why we have decided not to offer free returns. If you have any questions about size, material, or fit before purchasing, please feel free to contact us at hello@evior.eu. We will be happy to advise you personally.
Important notes:
- The direct costs of the return are borne by the buyer.
- Please fully complete the return form on this page before shipping.
- Returns must be sufficiently insured and shipped with tracking.
- The buyer is liable for loss or damage during return transport if the return was not sufficiently insured.
- Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and free of signs of wear.
- The original packaging must be returned complete and undamaged.
- In case of damaged jewelry packaging, we reserve the right to deduct a flat rate of €20 from the refund amount.
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry is excluded from return.
- If a free gift (e.g., Free Gift) was granted as part of a promotion, it must also be returned if it was linked to the returned order.
- Returns sent "postage due" or "recipient pays" cannot be accepted and will automatically be returned to the sender.
Consequences of cancellation:
After receipt of your return and successful inspection, we will refund the purchase amount to you immediately, but no later than within 14 days, using the original payment method.
We are entitled to withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of return – whichever is earlier.
